This property offers a fantastic ocean view from every room, overlooking Palominos Island, Palominitos, Vieques, and on clear days you can see Culebra Island. The penthouse features 3 balconies, including the master bedroom balcony. The complex boasts 24-hour security, 3 pools, a tennis court, basketball court, gym, sauna, running track, playground, and a clubhouse. Marina Puerto del Rey is within walking distance, along with Playa Los Machos Beach. Las Croabas is only five minutes away, where you can take the ferry to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Culebra Island's Flamingo Beach, to relax with crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches; you can also take the ferry to Vieques Island. In Las Croabas, you can also enjoy wonderful fresh seafood restaurants. El Yunque is only 15 minutes away—the only tropical forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Service. What makes this property unique: the penthouse has a very convenient location, close to the National Rain Forest (El Yunque), Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas, Las Pailas, The Ferry, The Conquistador Hotel, Rio Mar, Hacienda Carabali (horseback riding), and only 30 minutes from San Juan.
