This Condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR with easy in and out access! The back gated patio is just steps to the pool area. Look out your back door and watch the kids playing in the pool!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar, and a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a private bathroom with a walk in shower. A second bedroom with twin over queen size bunk bed and a twin trundle bed pullout underneath. A second hall bathroom with access from the second bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit.

Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. No boats, RVs, or trailer parking allowed. Parking spaces are available for owners and registered Sea Oats guests only. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner expense.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
