Centrally located, this property gives guests easy access to local beach accesses, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Just around the corner you will find locally owned restaurants such as Stewby's, Fubar Pizza, and AJ's seafood restaurant. Just down the road enjoy The Gulfarium, The Boardwalk, and The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. This unit is your ticket to paradise!

This property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, dining area, a breakfast bar, living room with TV, and private balcony. Two bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and plenty of closet space. A full size bathroom with shower/tub combination. A private balcony. No washer and dryer in unit.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
