Miramar Beach Villa 107, Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath, 3 story, beach style townhome. Pull up to your front door. No parking garages or elevators to manage.
The first floor... Enter into this open floor plan townhome with a fully stocked kitchen and a living area big enough for a family to relax. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, a lovely patio in a wooded setting, and a gas grill.
The second floor... You will find the spacious master suite with King bed, a 32"TV, and a large private bath with soaking tub. Enjoy the private deck just off of the master. The second bedroom has twin beds, a flat screen TV, a full bath, and a private balcony.
The third floor... On the top level you will find a spacious sitting area, Perfect for the kids, with plenty of movies, games and books and a flat screen TV. Sit on the balcony off of this room and peek at the gulf across the street.
The fireplace is not available to use.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.

The pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of the Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
Miramar Beach Villas.  A fantastic location! A block to the south is the stunning Gulf of Mexico and all its treasures. The soft white sand is waiting for little fingers to make sandcastles and dig for shells while the soothing tides combined with a float create the most comfortable rocking chair you’ve ever sat in. Moreover, within a mile’s radius you’ll find outdoor malls, grocery stores and delicious restaurants. This Destin vacation destination is quite and serene.

Scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, bikes, golf carts, and trailers of any kind are not permitted on the property.
