Luxury Sonoma Wine Country Vineyard Home w/ Pool

If you are looking for privacy, this is the house for you. This newly remodeled 4-bedroom 4-bathroom home is situated on five acres of lawn, among stunning oak trees. The gated 5300 square foot property enjoys the peace and quiet of the beautiful countryside of Sonoma Valley, with breathtaking views from every room. We are just 12 minutes to the Historic Sonoma Plaza and 20 minutes to the quaint downtown areas of Glen Ellen and Kenwood.

The space
The house and pool area are entirely for renters. At times, the guest house may have a family member there for short periods to address any issues at the house and to check on the maintenance of the area. However, the pool is for the sole purpose of the renter.

Guest access
There is plenty of parking for up to four cars on the property. There are nice walking areas in the neighborhood streets. You will want a car to get around the Sonoma area.

Other things to note
There is a pool heating fee from $300-$600 depending on the length of stay during the summer months from May 20-October 15 when the pool is heated.
