Looking for a place to relax and enjoy while on a work project in Hamilton? This peaceful home is in a quiet neighbourhood. Centrally located it is about 2 km to Gage Park, 4 km to downtown Hamilton, and has easy access to Hamilton Mountain, Stoney Creek, and so much more.

While you are here you can also travel easily to Toronto or Niagara Falls for a weekend getaway. Easy access by car, we are also about 3 km to the Go Station at Hunter Street and 5 km to both Liuna and Centennial Station.

The Kitchen, dining area, and living room are all located on the main floor. Large open foyer greets your guests during your stay. A second bathroom completes the main floor amenities.

Three bedrooms upstairs with Master and Second Bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen bed, night stands, and so much more. The third bedroom has a murphy bed for extra guests but is equipped as a sitting library with books, games, and a place to enjoy your coffee or even a glass of wine before going to bed. Off the third bedroom is a patio with table and chairs to enjoy those warm summer days.

A three season garage provides a great hideaway. This area is only opened up on demand.

Other things to note
The ice maker in the fridge has a tendency to jam. You can use tongs to clear it if this happens otherwise ice trays are provided for you to use.
