Welcome to Sugarbush Post & Beam Home, conveniently located in Warren, Vermont - mountain base - offering family-friendly vacations. Our specially designed home with open beam ceilings is a favorite design feature of vacationers & families with its open room concept. Whether you’re here to escape the city or are an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll enjoy the comforts of the home when you stay with us making family memories certain to last a lifetime.

No matter the season, you’ll enjoy resort and mountain views throughout the home as well as enjoy the property & its mountainous location throughout each season.

We understand that some travelers need fast speed internet to check in on work and such, so we’ve upgraded to high speed fiber optics to ensure you get back to the slopes or a day of snowshoeing or hiking quickly! There is a dedicated workspace for the guest who can’t completely disconnect with privacy, USB ports and more.

We’ve provided a generator, which engages automatically, should you experience a power failure during your stay.

There are plenty of board games, various cards games, cribbage, adult & children games a like, children’s books, reading materials, a pack and play travel crib, and ping pong table, inviting young and old to gather together to enjoy each other’s company.

For the sports enthusiast, we offer a shed to conveniently store their gear while staying with us.

A trip to the mountains wouldn’t be complete unless you can enjoy summertime grilling and the home’s Weber grill provides the best opportunity for the grill master in your group!

Self check-in is available via the property’s smart lock.

ABOUT THE HOME:

THE KITCHEN:

The kitchen boasts a full size refrigerator, Wolf dual range stove/oven for the chef who prefers indoor cooking, microwave, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric tea kettle, coffee grinder, dishware/drinkware, utensils, pots and pans allowing the gourmet in your group nearly everything they need at the touch of their fingertips. You’ll have Keurig pods and sugar, including oils and spices, which are also available during the duration of your stay. The home’s water filtration system provides clean tasting water for cooking as well as drinking.

THE LIVING ROOM:

The home’s 60” HDTV with streaming services is located in the living room & apps include Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Disney+ for the kids & families, HBO Max, Netflix as well as premium cable.

THE BEDROOMS:

The bedrooms all feature top of the line mattresses and include luxurious cotton linens, providing a peaceful repose at the end of the day. We have shades on the windows, paddle fans, and extra blankets. During the warmer months, we have AC units in each room as well.

THE BATHROOMS:

The bathrooms feature plenty of hotel quality towels, face cloths, hand towels, hair dryers, toilet paper for the duration of your stay as well as complimentary toiletries including shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

You’ll find the washer and dryer very convenient when you need to freshen up ski wear or hiking gear. Laundry detergent is also available for your use.

THE GAME ROOM:

Our young guests love the amenities in the home's game room with a large flat panel HDTV with accessible apps and premium cable, ping pong table, two large comfortable couches and yogbi lounger. The parents will appreciate the opportunity to relax with the young ones busy at play while the adults catch up in close proximity on conversation, the cocktail hour, or unwinding while viewing a favorite show.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS:

Sugarbush Post & Beam is located on the side of the mountain, allowing you to enjoy wildlife sightings. Don’t be surprised if you happen to see wildlife while visiting Warren, VT.

Our guests enjoy the close proximity to skiing Sugarbush Mountain as well as visiting the Mad River for summer sports like swimming & tubing. For those more daring, there’s 10-foot, 15-foot & 20-foot jumps at the Warren Falls. Warren Falls is easily accessed off a convenient hiking trail and a must see. The locals will be sure to help direct you.

The exterior of the home offers a 33' x 12' deck with plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture to relax in the morning while enjoying coffee or in the evening sharing space with family & friends wishing to enjoy the mountain while dining al fresco with melamine dishes.
