Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair.. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping 8 people. FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. There is a view of the beach from this 6th floor condo.

All bedrooms have a 32” flat screen TV and there is a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. A computer work station with internet (no computer). There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit. In the Master bedroom there is view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!
