Awesome 2 bedroom, 2 full bath villa on the ground floor in Poipu Kai! This villa is one of the few with Central AC!!! The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. 1 king en-suite Master bedroom 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom Sofa sleeper in the living area.

You'll have the resort pools to use, as well as access to the Poipu Athletic Club (offsite). The club offers another resort style pool, as well as fitness facilities and even food! The walk to the beach is a casual 5 minute stroll down the greenbelt! Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit.

Patio off the living area and master bedroom. Central AC! Shared communal BBQ's by the pools. You can walk east or west via the greenbelt to get to different beach areas. You can walk to some shops/restaurants within 10 minutes.
