The apartment has been cleaned and sanitized with Clorox.
Cleanliness is my first priority
All the bedding and towels are washed with Clorox and Oxiclean every time.

The space
Just painted! This is a quiet building in the middle of everything downtown has to offer. You'll feel cozy and relaxed inside even though you're a short walk from all the action.
Very secure is gated.

This studio apartment has a new Queen sized bed, a new sofa bed, flat screen TV. Hi speed wifi internet, and a fully loaded kitchen with utensils.
Hardwood floor.

The bathroom has a bathtub and includes towels, soaps, paper, hair dryer, etc.

Street parking. No parking a sign for the building

Long Beach have very good public transportation, plus Uber, lift
Scooters and bicycle for rent

Very close to blue line METRO that can take you anywhere in LA/OC.

Downtown nightlife - 5-15 minute walk
Aquarium of the Pacific - 15 minute walk
MOLA museum - 5 minute walk
Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles - two blocks away
Disneyland - 30 minute drive
Vons super market is 5 minutes away Broadway and olive
