Mansion on the Hill is In Wine Country, 9000 sq ft, California-USA. 15 mins from downtown Hemet & Temucula. 10 mins from largest reservoir in S. California and 2 other large lakes. 27 miles from Palm Springs Int'l Airport. Country living on 25 acres of rolling hill. Quiet, clean air, next to vineyards. You’ll love my place because of Table Tennis, Pool table, soccer table, 130-channel TV, free Internet. 3 decorative fireplaces. Rate is for 4 bedrooms and 8 couples. $more if take 5th BRs

The space
9100 sq. feet house. 3 Master Suite each with private spa-type tub, shower, toilet. Each room sleeps 4 (i.e., 2 "couples", bring your extra bedding material if not "couple"). Rate is for 4 rooms for vacationers, house has 5 bedrooms, locked 5th BR $extra . 75" LED TV. Each bedroom has King bed (1 couple) plus Queen foam mattresses (2nd couple), audio, e.g., play your phone's audio wirelessly to room's speaker-radio.

Family room has huge sleeper sofa. Dining room is quite private and can put Queen mattress there. Outside dining room is 6th bathroom. Each of the 5 bedrooms have private full bathroom.

Early check-in or late check-out: $50/hour, when available (i.e., no prior or subsequent guests on that day). Groups with 30+ guests are not uncommon.
Guest access
Kitchen, family room, living room, common walkway, large loft/game area. Table tennis table, pool table. Wifi is complimentary, so any downtime or your inability to access is not a reason for any credit/refund.
Land/lot is not part of rental but may be use for strolling, with prior written permission. RV/car on lot. Wall built-in oven/microwave not part of rental (except Thanksgiving, X-mas, NYear holidays), use big toaster oven, countertop microwave instead.

Other things to note
No open flame outside (except on gas BBQ unit, on concrete patio only. Ok on indoor built-in gas burner/stove), no smoking/(heavy) alcohol, no gums/littering anywhere (use trash bins), no confetti. No pets/animals (property damage, cause for immediate eviction), no skateboards (damage floor), no outdoor shoes while indoors. No contact with any neighbors. No wild parties. Unplug-able surveillance/security cameras in common areas with views of Family room, front door, gazebo, kitchen, and backyard. We neither have the time nor interest on the camera footage except if there is an incidence/dispute that we need to review happenings/recordings. Although rare, whenever we have back-to-back bookings, each booking checkin/checkout hours may get shifted, e.g., by 1-2 hrs, with post-booking notice of such changes.

Country settings with wild creatures, don't wonder out onto house's lot. Thank you for your cooperation. RV/car on property.
