About this space

The cabin is located on Living Water Campground, less than 5 minutes from Bretton Woods yet a world away from it all! Situated along the shores of the Ammonoosuc River, a well-known trout fishing spot, the cabin offers a rustic yet modern and comfortable way to enjoy the outdoors without the hassle of camping. With a fire ring, picnic table, a scenic trail along the river, an outdoor pool (seasonal), and a playground, the cabins are a fun alternative to the condos of Bretton Woods, while still close enough to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Spend the day hiking, then come back for a refreshing dip in the pool! Roast marshmallows around the campfire. Great family time—and kids will love the playground, too. If you're a skier, Bretton Woods is only 5 minutes away, and we have discounted ski tickets!

Located on US Route 302, 1/4 mile east of the traffic light (intersection of US Route 3 and US Route 302) in Twin Mountain, NH, the campground also offers its own General Store and the attached popular restaurant Catalano's Pizzeria (great pizza!!!). The Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Storyland, Cannon Mountain, Franconia Notch, and North Conway are also a short drive away.

When you enter the log cabin, you will find a comfortable open space with a kitchen and dining corner on the left, and a living room area on the right. In the back, a large modern bathroom on the right, and a multi-use room with a pull-out sofa on the left. The spiral staircase in the middle of the cabin leads you to the lofts, where you will find 2 separate sleeping areas connected by a catwalk. Each of these sleeping areas has a queen bed and two twins, making a total of 8 sleeping spaces upstairs.

Check-in will take place at the Trading Post (summertime) or the Pizzeria (wintertime) as you enter the campground. Ask for Jack or Mark.

Rate includes up to 4 adults. Additional adults are $15/day. Maximum capacity is 10 people.

Pets are allowed from October through May for a $100 fee.

Alcohol is allowed after Columbus Day weekend through mid May. This is in keeping with the campground rules to promote a wholesome summertime family atmosphere when children are present in abundance.
