COTTAGE RULES
Absolutely no tenting or rv's on the property. No pets of any kind allowed on the property at any time. No smoking allowed in the cottage. Any smell of smoke in the cottage ( or cigarette butts on the property) will result in loss of full security deposit ($500.00)
We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age and we do not allow prom night rentals or parents renting for young adults and not present during the entire rental period.

50% due at time of booking (The balance is due 90 days before arrival)
