The house is located in a quiet area where it is not allowed to make parties. The house is ideal for tranquil people and families. It has a nice garden and big pool.
About the neighbourhood
Siesta is a nice and quiet holiday village just 1km from Santa Eulalia. In the same village you can find good restaurants like SIesta Grill; it is a nice place to taste a BBQ sitting outside. Resturant Sa Finca's speciality is meat of stag, board....and more with a good food offer. The beach in SIesta is 5 minutes walking from the villa. It is a small sandy beach with very clean water. There is in Siesta the new and nice spa in Hotel Fenicia where you can enjoy total relaxation!!! Good prices and offers can be found here. This hotel is 2 minutes walking from the villa. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the villa, crossing the bridge on the riverside, there is a nice bar, restaurant and lounge called Mariners. There is live music every night and a children's park. This place has a great atmosphere and offers fantastic food. The sandy and big beach in Santa Eulalai offer acuatic activities with reasonable price. Other nice beaches close to this area are: Cala Martina, Cala Nova, Cala Pada, Cala LLonga..... In Santa Eulalia is the very famous the Restaurant Street, where a lot of restaurants all together with big terraces outside can be found. Everyday on the promenade (except sundays) there is a nice handy crafts market. From Santa Eulalia you can get the boats to Ibiza, Es Cana, Cala Pada and Formentera daily from May to October. Buses and Taxis available 24 hours. 2 Km from Siesta is Cala Llonga, with the nice family sandy beach, various restaurants and bars, shops, doctor, pharmacy ...

How to get there
Santa Eulalia is just 20 km from the airport. Numerous airlines offer cheap flights from a variety of UK and European airports. Check out the following companies: Easyjet ,Britishairways, Airberlin.... There are Ferries the whole year freom Palma, Denia and Barcelona Local taxis available at airport - fare should be no more than 40 euros. A car is NOT essential in this area but in case you would like to rent it please let me know - we get good prices from the companies!!!!! We can help you!!!
