Beautiful and directly on the beach. Brand new condo with flares of the island mixed with granite. Be on Island time directly on Sunset Beach, Treasure Island on the Gulf of Mexico Beachfront. Unobstructed turquoise open water views. A short walk to famous barefoot beach bar called 'Caddy's on the Beach'. Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony and your window! King size bed and Queen pull out. BBQ directly on the beach.

Parking at the condo requires a parking pass that is located in the condo.
Parking is enforced.
If arriving after 10:00 pm please notify the owner asap because alternative
arrangements will need to be made and an additional cost may occur.
