Two bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, spacious dining & living room, two new TV's, cable TV, WiFi, heated pool, BBQ and Tiki Hut. Reserved parking. Conveniently located walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and right across the golf course. Biking and walking trails. Near Marinas, Nature Centers and great restaurants. Near Marathon Airport and only 2 miles from 7 mile bridge and State Parks.   Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great location and only one hour from Key West. We love Marathon Key - this is the only key that has everything you need for your vacation. Walking distance from supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, Office depot, Home Depot, hospitals, theaters, church, airport, Federal Express and many more. What makes this property uniqueWe fell in love with the water views, the condo facilities and how close (walking distance) is from supermarkets and shops. Only 2 miles from Sombrero Beach one of the most amazing beach in all the Florida Keys. Also a golf course across the street. Incredible sunsents, beautiful crystal clear deep canal on the ocean side.
