No Application Fees! Very nice 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom poolside Fountain Hills townhouse in Park Palisades Resort. Large open living room, dining area and kitchen on the main floor with two tone neutral paint throughout, ceiling fans in each room, plantation shutters and direct access to the community pool. Kitchen features granite counter tops, dining area, ceramic top electric range, stove top microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Both bedrooms on the second floor each with private patios. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the community pool. Central Fountain Hills location.

No Application Fees! 12 Month Minimum Lease. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. See our criteria to rent for qualifications.

All fully completed applications with all required information are reviewed and processed in the order that they are received. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days provided applicants submit all required items. Incomplete applications and any missing documents are considered incomplete and are set aside until completed.

$300 refundable cleaning deposit applies. Refundable pet deposit would apply for approved pets. We do not charge up front application fees; however tenants to pay $40 per applicant to run background screening at the end of the screening process. Tenants to pay 2.9% monthly administrative fee in addition to monthly City Transaction Privilege Tax (Sales Tax). Contact us for more details.

It provides us with the best of both worlds. Why they chose this propertythe main reasons that we purchased The Gunsight Condo in Fountain Hills was to have a place with city living vs. country living. We are travelers and wanted to be close to the airport. Most of our doctors are at Mayo Clinic and the convenience of being so close is enormous. We love the shopping and night life in the Scottsdale area too.We chose this condo for the downtown location, views of mountains and close proximity to pool and parking. It's a gorgeous area and everything we wanted is 20 minutes away!
