Welcome to the "Muskoka Family Lake House", a spacious and cozy retreat perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy the beauty of Muskoka. With two bedrooms on the main floor, each with a queen bed, and two more bedrooms on the second floor—one with a queen bed and the other with a single/single bunk bed—this cottage offers plenty of comfortable sleeping arrangements. Additionally, a private bunkie with a queen bed provides even more space for guests. Linens are provided, but please remember to bring your own towels.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and good cell service while enjoying the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a fridge/freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Keurig machine, blender, and a water cooler with a 19L bottle included. Ceiling fans throughout the cottage keep the air flowing, while electric baseboard heating and a cozy wood-burning fireplace ensure comfort during cooler nights. The cottage includes one 3-piece bathroom and one 2-piece bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience (please bring your own detergent). Entertainment options abound with a SMART TV, DVD player, gaming console, and a selection of board games and playing cards for family fun.

Step outside to relax and enjoy nature. The outdoor area features a propane BBQ, patio dining table, sun loungers, and a hammock for those lazy afternoons. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, with some wood provided, to enjoy evenings under the stars. For water lovers, the property comes with two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, and fishing rods, perfect for exploring the lake or casting a line. Lawn games are available for some fun on the shore, and a public boat launch and marina are conveniently located on the lake for additional boating activities.
