Twelve Oaks Gated Community is one of the most charming spots in Lely Resort. New wood tile flooring in bedrooms & living room. King bed in master and full-size bed in guest room. Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 full baths with a gorgeous view of lush landscaping and the Flamingo golf course from your huge lanai. Crown molding plus kitchen upgrades in the condo give it a more open and spacious feel. Includes a carport. Wind and security shutters on lanai. A little piece of heaven! Within the community, you have a beautiful pool and tennis courts private to Twelve Oaks. Lely Resort has miles of nice sidewalks and bike paths. Also, 2 public golf courses & 2 more nearby. Only 10 minutes to Marco and 15 minutes to Naples beaches and 5th Ave. Several new shops including a Publix, Fresh Market, new Starbucks, and my favorite breakfast restaurant Hoots only a couple of minutes away.
