Introducing our stunning white Modern-Lux Beachfront Villa with a private Dip In Pool, furnished front-deck, and its very own roof deck with a gorgeous ocean view and mountain view. This spacious and beautifully decorated beachfront villa, is a few steps to the the beach... it has a master bedroom furnished with a queen bed and double bed with side tables, a wall tiled bathroom with bidet, bath tub and separate shower. The villa has a full kitchen with 78cu Refrigerator (Sharp), a kitchen bar, dining area and a living area with two Queen beds. Another bedroom attached to this house with a separate entrance furnished with a bunk-bed and an AC. Next to this room there are two guest bathrooms with powerful waterfall shower and bidet. On the roof top, there are three king size Charming Canopies "Sleep Under the Star" to accommodate 10-16 persons. Our beds are very comfortable with a special mattress topper, quilted waterproof protector, luxurious white beddings, duvet cover, soft comforter, 4 pillows in each bed, and a blue-gray quilted bedspread. We provide extra pillows, bathroom towels and beach towels upon request at no extra charge. This one-of-kind beachfront villa is fully furnished with Two 42" TV Android with Netflix and Amazon Prime access, plus cable channels, Free-Wifi and several power outlets for your devices. Each room has an Aircon and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking utensils and seasonings, pots and pan, 3-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, rice cooker and a toaster to cook your favorite meals during your stay. Foods and drinks are allowed. For your convenience we offer ROOM SERVICE with our special "International and Local Cuisines".
