The former barn has been lovingly converted by the owners, who live in the adjacent Victorian house (don't worry, though - privacy is assured). Outside you'll find a large paddock that's perfect for the kids to play, while inside the cottage interior embraces its former identity, with subtle nods throughout the cottage including split farmhouse doors and painted stone walls. The result? An instantly homely atmosphere that you won't want to leave.

 

Head 1 mile to Perranporth and relax on the 3 miles of golden sandy beach - popular with surfers and families alike. The rest of Cornwall is at your fingertips too, with the property just 3 miles from the A30; learn to surf on one of the famous beaches in Newquay, or shop ‘til you drop in the cathedral city of Truro. You're also only 4 miles from the beautiful South West Coast Path, where rugged coastal walks await. There's truly something for everyone.
