The charming seaside town of Seaton (1 mile) is dog friendly all year round. Try the orienteering trails around the Seaton Wetlands, or visit the pretty harbour village of Polperro (10.5 miles). Golf lovers can have a game at Portwrinkle (3 miles) and Plymouth (17 miles) has a huge range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Along the South West Coast Path find Looe (6 miles), Parsons Cove (12.5 miles), Lantic Bay (14.5 miles), or head inland to Golitha Falls (15.2) for walks and a waterfall amongst ancient oak woodland.
