The scenic fishing village has a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs to peruse.

This is a cosy single-storey cottage which is perfectly appointed for your self-catering stay. All the amenities you need to cook up a storm are in the kitchen, and the lounge/diner is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or a movie night together. There is also a useful boot room to store your coats and boots after a busy day walking. The superb bedroom is down the hall and has lovely views across the rolling countryside. Outside is an enclosed lawned garden with BBQ and garden furniture for dining alfresco as the sun goes down.

Pet-friendly beach Trebarwith Strand is 4 miles away where you can enjoy beach days, surfing or coastal strolls. Join the magnificent South West Coast Path and see some incredible views of the Cornish coastline. Tintagel village and Tintagel Castle (4 miles) are great places to explore history, legends and myths. Walk over Tintagel Bridge to reach the castle, which sits above the sea and spans the gap between two cliffs, it recreates the original crossing dating back to the 14th-century. If you fancy heading further afield, there are numerous pretty villages to visit including Port Isaac (9.5 miles) famous for being the filming location of TV show Doc Martin.
