A variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions, including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its many water sports opportunities, are within easy reach. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing, boat trips, scenic coastal walks, and a wide choice of restaurants. The beaches to the north are also within easy reach and offer world-class surfing. This excellent location, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys Walk. Nature trails, golf, and horse riding can also be found close by. As the property is located on the edge of Liskeard, it offers an ideal base to access many locations without a car due to the train station being within walking distance.

Park up outside the barn and unload your luggage with ease. Enter through the main entrance and you are immediately struck by the wonderful exposed beams. Stepping in through the private entrance and porch, you enter a wonderful cosy and comfortable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. The lounge area has comfortable seating in front of the Smart TV - here, you can sit and relax after a long day exploring the county. The kitchen area is a good size and offers an electric oven and hob, a fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. This area also boasts a lovely breakfast bar with seating for two people, the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee. Step up onto the sleeping area which has a king-size bed and plenty of storage. From this room, you have access out through the French doors and onto the garden. At the rear of the property is a door leading through to a shower room with a shower and a WC.

Heading outside, you will find an enclosed private garden complete with a patio and seating, the perfect place to relax and enjoy a cold drink after a long day, or for dining alfresco. You also have access to the owners' orchard which provides a lovely walk. Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
